#311 Buffalo/Penn State – OVER 51.5 ,Best Number I see is 51.5 on this one which took a hit earlier today. Some outs have 53 on this game. I don’t think that there is a doubt that OVER in the 1st Half is going to be the best play when that number comes out WA. Senior QB for the visitors and what should be an angry Penn State Offense after their embarrassing loss to Temple means some points in this one.
