Take Toronto on the runline as my 7-Unit ALDS Smash for Thursday afternoon. This pick falls into one of my top MLB systems and Toronto has the most potent lineup in all of MLB. This is the 3rd time the Blue Jays face Gallardo which is never a good thing for any pitcher against this lineup although the Blue Jays won’t need to put up a big number with a rested David Price on the mound. Gallardo has an ERA of 4.69 since the All-Star break with opponents hitting .323 against him and I look for the Blue Jays to get on him early today.
Price has been lights out with an ERA of just 2.04 in day games this season with opponents hitting just .197 against him. Price has also pitched great in Rogers Centre with an ERA of just 2.61 and opponents hitting just .203 against him.
