We like to be where the “Sharp” money is and it’s all over Southern Miss. in tonight’s game versus Marshall. 60% of the bets on this game are on the favorite Marshall but the line has GONE DOWN from 7 to 3 because while the majority of wagers from the public are on Marshall the majority of money, from the “sharps”, is on Southern Miss. because they realize, as we do, that the wrong team is favored. Marshall has stuck it to Southern Miss the last few years but for the first time in the series, the Golden Eagles are the better team. In fact, they have the 13th best offense in the nation averaging 514 yards per game and have an outstanding QB in Nick Mullens who has thrown for huge yardage against good teams including throwing for 447 yards at Nebraska. He also out dueled Mississippi State’s Dak Prescott in Week 1. Marshall has played one of the weakest schedules in the country so far this season and pays the price tonight. Golden Eagles outright!
