WEDNESDAY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SOCCER
2 Unit Play. Take OVER 2.5 +105
Manchester City at Dynamo Kiev
(2:45p.m., Wednesday, Feb 24)
(Graded after regulation time – 90min – plus injury time)
Man City gave up 5 goals on Sunday to Chelsea and I see Dynamo Kiev getting one behind the net early and this game for some odd reason smells like a lot of goals. Man City has given up a total of 10 goals in 3 games and with plus money attached on the over I see another game with tons of goals.February 24, 2016 at 9:54 am #32342admin
KeymasterSteve’s Golf Picks
“The Honda Classic”
Graeme McDowell 85/1 – Gmac is one of the worlds best iron players and that is why he has succeeded at PGA National (Champion Course). He has finishes of T9 – 2013, T9 – 2012, T6 – 2011, T31 – 2010 at this course and already has two Top 3 finishes this year in just four starts ( Includes a win at the OHL Classic). G Mac is 5th on Tour for Driving Accuracy and 8th for Greens in Regulation. These are amazing odds for him.
Jeff Overton 320/1 (*Odds will drop) – I cannot believe what a long shot they have Overton ranked as based on his success here. The Indiana native is 32 years old now and has still not won on Tour (though he has had some Very close calls). The strengths of Jeff’s game come with his short game, as he ranks 26th on Tour in Scrambling and 59th in Overall Putting average. “Boom Baby” will be yelled by everyone when he wins, including Jeff!
Freddie Jacobson 100/1 – One of the more interesting players on Tour is our next selection. Jacobson has his own style on the course and he relies heavily on his fantastic short game (14th in Scrambling and 11th in Overall Putting Percentage). He has Top 5 finishes in 3 of his last 5 tournaments and has finished in the Top 25 at this tournament in 5 of his 7 tries. If it comes down the stretch on Sunday I really like his chances because of his short game strengths and veteran presence.
Branden Grace 28/1 – Has finished in the Top 8 in each of his last 6 world wide tournaments, including a win at the Qatar Masters. Grace is VERY long off the tee but also possesses an excellent all around game (he hits Over 72% of his Greens in Regulation on the European Tour). It is also impressive that Grace ranks 5th for Putts per green in Regulation on the Euro Tour. The travel over is the only thing to worry about here, but Grace will be just fine as he is in the zone.
David Lingmerth 75/1 – Another player we are getting great odds on for his solid history here and how much his game suits PGA National. David ranks 25th in Driving Accuracy, 30th in Total Driving, and 2nd in Overall Putting Average. Lingmerth has shot 70 or less in 7 of his last 8 rounds at this course. I like his demeanour when he gets in contention and am looking forward to an amazing Sunday with Lingmerth.
Brooks Koepka 35/1 – The local guy will look to take advantage of his course knowledge and insane talent this week. He has finished Top 8 in three of his last four PGA Tour tournaments. The FSU product is crazy long off the tee (12th is distance) and is also 11th in Putting Average. Keep it simple and take the 17th ranked player in the world with plenty of confidence.
Head to Head PicksBrooks Koepka (-110) over Kevin Kisner

GULFSTREAM PARK #5 at 02:35 PM Eastern
Top Pick: #5 (RUNAWAY BULL) (3-1) – Colt by ‘Macho Uno’ is switching from grass to dirt, shortening up in distance, and is dropping to a new low in class. He finished 4th of 14, beaten 4.5 lengths racing here going 8.5 furlongs on the turf Jan 27. Lots of things to like.
2nd Pick: #1 (Star Charlie) (5-2) – The morning line favorite, he’s lightly-raced, has early speed, and is dropping down to a new low in claiming price. He has the rail and is a strong win candidate.
3rd Pick: #8 (Uccello Bello) (5-1) – Stalker has been ‘bumped’ at the break in three straight local starts. He still was competitive in two of those and draws a nice outside post where he should begin without incident.
4th Pick: #4 (On Attack) (6-1) – Gelding was pulled up last out after tiring badly following a serious bumping incident at the break. He’s racing first off a Jane Cibelli claim and she drops him down and shortens him up a furlong.
